The house has been meticulously designed and renovated to incorporate contemporary comforts, all while maintaining its original Mid-century charm. Upon entering you'll notice the vaulted ceilings throughout and open concept living area with abundant light. The kitchen has black stainless steel Cafe series appliances, an oversized Quartz island and is fully stocked with items to make your stay feel like home. Start your morning with the coffee bar and enjoy the birds chirping while watching the sun rise.
The house features Amazon Alexa devices in every room, smart TV's and all nightstands have usb outlets for charging. Take a single step down into the living/dining room. You'll be able to unwind and play some of our favorite card games that are provided, take in the red rock views or put down the shades and unwind watching TV. The living room TV is connected to cable. You will need to stream your favorite shows on the bedroom TV's. All lights throughout the house are dimmable to your liking.
Open the roll up kitchen window and slide the bifold patio door open to let the outside in. Step into the backyard and sit at the outdoor counter, dining table or ample seating options to soak in the beautiful sunsets or incredible stargazing. There is a grill provided with a propane tank should you decide you'd rather grill than eat at the amazing restaurants nearby.
Guests will have access to the full size washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board. Bathroom amenities: both bathrooms are fully equipped with hair dryers, towels, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner, makeup towels and q-tips. Main bath has a rainfall shower. Each bedroom is oversized with plenty of room for a couple or single guest to get away and retreat to their own space. Each has its own patio door to access the outside and large windows to bring in the light. With a push of a button the automated shades create a private space and the electric fireplace in each room can help set any mood you want. This home lives like a true two main bedroom home with a gathering space in the middle. It is ideal for 4 people to be able to enjoy while still being able to get a separate experience. Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. Please be respectful of our neighbors with no loud music or voices/yelling, voices carry here.
Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside. Do not use the living room wood burning fireplace. No mountain bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house.
Security camera/recording device — We have a security camera facing the driveway and a ring doorbell. Please do not unplug router, electronics or change Alexa settings and do not rearrange furniture.
Parties/Events/Other guests than on the reservation: strictly not allowed per AZ state & Sedona law. Any parties or events at the property, all guests will be immediately asked to leave, reservation cancelled, deposit forfeited, and incur extra cleaning charges, plus any damages.
Smoking of any kind (tobacco/vapes): strictly not allowed on the property inside or out. Any use forfeits deposit and incurs additional cleaning, and any damages.
Pets: strictly not allowed. Any pets brought onto the property, all guests will be immediately asked to leave and reservation cancelled, forfeit deposit, and incur extra cleaning charges for entire house, plus any damages.
Guests will not have access to garage. There is driveway parking available. Thank you for respecting our home.
